Growing client in Southern NH is seeking a candidate to feel a Sales Administrator position. Responsibilities include:
-Ensuring the needs of customers are met, communicating with other depts on customer needs
-Responding to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, letter, fax etc.
-Submit quotations in regards to customer requests
-Processing of orders within a timely manner
-Communicating with various departments
-Various other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service
-Familiarity with ITAR a must!
-Effective communications skills with internal depts and customers
-apply internal procedures within company's procedures
-Familiarity with company's ISO9000 procedures
